Raised between Beijing and Chicago, Zhuoli was born into an entrepreneurial family. As a young child, he lived on the steel plant his father co-founded, witnessing firsthand its growth from the ground up into a large-scale operation. Inspired by his family’s roots, Zhuoli founded Radiance Capital—named after the street where he grew up—with the vision of scaling a business to new heights.

Before founding Radiance Capital, Zhuoli worked on the strategy team in the Commercial department of United Airlines. During his time there, he thrived on developing ideas that made a significant impact on the business. This experience further solidified his determination to lead a high-performing team to success.

Zhuoli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Carleton College and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University.

Outside of work, he is passionate about curling, auto racing, and board games.
